After your order is received it will take 1-2 days for processing. Orders received on Friday will be processed on Monday.
- Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped through USPS mail. Unfortunately, there is no tracking number as USPS does not provide one. Priority mail takes 2-3 days for shipping from when your order has been completed (keep in mind the 1-2 days for processing).
- Privacy & Security
- Like most website operators, SKB Cases collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. SKB Cases' purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how SKB Cases' visitors use its website. From time to time, SKB Cases may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
- Returns & Replacements
If you ordered the incorrect item, please contact us back with your order number so that we can set up a return for you. You will be responsible for the shipping back to us. If the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us back so that we can set up a return for you. We will then be able to ship out the correct part.
- Original owners of SKB brand hardshell cases whose case is damaged and cannot be repaired with field replaceable parts may request a Return Authorization Number and instructions on returning the case to us. Please do not send damaged cases to us without a Return Authorization Number. We will repair or replace the damaged case at no cost to you. Contact our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions. We may request that you email us a photo of your case to help identify the exact model. Repair usually takes about two weeks from the time we receive your case. SKB Cases pays for return shipping.
