SKB brand hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. That means, if your case breaks, SKB will either supply replacement parts, repair the case, or replace the case at no cost to you for as long as you own the case. Most locks, handles and wheels have been made field replaceable and will be supplied to you at no charge. (Electronic components in SKB brand hardshell pedalboard systems are warranted for five years from date of purchase.) SKB hardshell cases are warranted for life to the original owner only. Cases for rental purposes, modified or re-sold cases are not covered by this warranty.
 
Warranty Claims for Replacement Parts 
Original owners of SKB brand hardshell cases may order replacement parts online at no cost and with free shipping. Simply email your request (with SKB case model number and replacement part number if known) to customerservice@skbcases.com. You will receive a discount code for use at the SKB Store equal to the online price of the replacement parts you need. Please feel free to email us a photo of your case or a close-up of the part that needs to be replaced. This can help us identify the correct part.

 

Return Authorization Request 
Original owners of SKB brand hardshell cases whose case is damaged and cannot be repaired with field replaceable parts may request a Return Authorization Number and instructions on returning the case to us. Please do not send damaged cases to us without a Return Authorization Number. We will repair or replace the damaged case at no cost to you. Contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@skbcases.com for instructions. We may request that you email us a photo of your case to help identify the exact model. Repair usually takes about two weeks from the time we receive your case. SKB Cases pays for return shipping.
